Our Story

Aveksha was started by the PallEx Healthcare team of Dr Prince John and Ms. Simoni Binoy. With a combined experience of over 25 years in palliative and geriatric care, the team runs PallEx Healthcare - A Palliative and Geriatric care hospital. The hospital admits patients with chronic illness who need palliative care with medical support. The concept behind starting an elder care home was a natural transition as quality care homes founded and operated by a team of doctors was far and few. Providing excellent care for the elderly and people who have any chronic conditions helps them and their families to enjoy the time together at one of the most difficult times of their lives. We offer health and wellbeing assessment. This covers medical and health needs, exercise and activity, nutrition and emotional well- being. We get to know you, your interest in life, your friends, family, hobbies and maybe even minute things like how many pillows you need, how sweet should your tea be, so that things stay just the way you like it.

Facilities Provided

Our care teams are highly trained to deliver 24-hour personalized care and support that are right for you. You are fully involved in creating your care plan, meaning you are up to the mark of the choices affecting your life. You will be as active as desired, collaborating in daily ‘chores’ or sitting back and enjoying the leisurely lifestyle - it’s your choice.

Aveksha is home for up to 46 residents, residing within tastefully decorated, suite bedrooms. Our rooms may vary in size and shape which adds to the sweetness and elegance of the house.
A number of larger rooms provide perfect living accommodation for a pair.
We also provide living and social areas for you to host friends and family after they visit.
Private dining experiences may also be arranged upon your request.
We also encourage residents to personalize their rooms with their own belongings to form a homely feel.

Our excellent laundry team operates on-site. With great attention to detail, residents' clothes are carefully washed and ironed by our skilled team who take great pride in their work.
Being centrally located, you've got quick access to temples, cafes, shopping malls/center’s, parks, and theatres.
The best part is that the same team involved in the daily care of the residents, double up to provide medical assistance at PallEx in case of a medical emergency.
